Phoenix came to SSBR several weeks back as a part of the cruelty case from Animal Control of West Florida. She was in deplorable condition and quite literally on the verge of death. She was immediately hospitalized and had to have multiple blood transfusions and stayed hospitalized. Thanks to her great foster Jenny she has made a full recovery and is about ready to find her forever home 💕 she is now ready for a home of her own! She has been fully vetted and is doing wonderful.

So many Bully breed type dogs die every day across the United States for lack of shelter space, financial resources, education and homes.
