My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willy is a wiggly, silly boy full of energy and love. He does enjoy pets on his head and around his ears. He also loves to run and jump and explore during out of cage time. Willy is 4-5 years old and came to us when his former no longer had time for him. Chinchillas need fairly large cage. A double Midwest ferret or critter nation is the recommended size for a Chinchilla. They need lots of ledges to jump and play and a 15 “ solid metal exercise wheel if you are not able to give a couple hours out of cage trained daily to burn out their energy. If you are not familiar with proper diet and chinchilla care, we are happy to help you with accurate information. His adoption fee is $150. We are a small rescue who cares for all our pets in
foster homes. We do NOT have a facility & all animals
are seen by appointment only, after an application has
been approved.
Dogs' adoption fee includes vetting, spaying/neutering, and any health care they may need. For some dogs, the fee may be reduced for reasons that can be made available. Cats' adoption fee include vetting, spaying/neutering, and any health care. All are heartworm negative. We require all possible adopters to fill out an adoption application, and to submit themselves to home visits by staff or volunteers, or by local rescues. Vet reference will be required and will be used. Upon adopting, an adoption contract will be signed. Call me or email to start this process.

I got involved with rescue work out of love for animals. I had decided to set up my own rescue. I serve mostly deaf animals because they are first to be put down and are usually deemed untrainable, unadoptable and unlovable. I didn't feel this was right or fair.
