Rascal is 9 yr old, loves to sit in your lap and be pet. She is extra small and mildly hard of hearing. Her first owner could not take care of her, her 2nd owners had her for years, but got a puppy and Rascal never acclimated. She eventually became an outdoor cat. The owners had to move and their new state is inhospitable to outdoor cats. We took her in, but she does not get along with our other cats.
She would make someone an excellent only pet. Though, she loves the outdoors we were able to acclimate her to being an indoor cat, just not other pets.
She would be fine with a teenager, but do not recommend her being in a household with younger kids.
