Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!): 9 lbs as of 12/10/24
Gets Along With: Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training.
Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter; arriving in the DC area 12/14
Special Adoption Considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Ferb would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure he can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.
Phineas is Looking For: Hiya! My bro Ferb and I have been great buds but now we are ready to split up and we've come from Puerto Rico to DC to get our own forever homes! Here's our wish list:

- Sniffy walks and world exploration
- More play time
- Snuggles. On warm laps. Hey, Puerto Rico is warmer than this place! Gotta have that body warmth to compensate.
