Bette Davis needs a new home! Adopted in 2019 by my parents who can no longer care for her, this beautiful gal needs a new home for the second time due to no fault of her own. Shy and sweet, she adjusts quickly once she knows you. Loves pets and brushing. Playful with a lot of spirit! Favorite toys are independent throw toys which she chases, pushes around, and carries in her mouth. Named Squeaks originally, she has a distinctive, endearing meow. Her birthday is 7/2/2015. She is spayed, very healthy despite weighing in at 18 pounds of pure delight! Born into a home with thirteen other cats and relinquished by that owner who had to move, could not keep most of them. OK with other cats, but goes her own way. Quiet home would be best. She sometimes is frightened by unfamiliar/loud sounds. She dislikes loud barking. She is an indoor only cat. We have 4 cats so cannot keep her. We know from experience she does not do well in a shelter. Would love to place her directly into a home.
