Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet adorable Winn-Dixie! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl with ID on 12/9, and sadly her people never came to reclaim her. Winn-Dixie is now keeping her paws crossed for a new, forever home where she will be loved and kept safe so that she never ends up back in the shelter. Winn-Dixie is just precious; she's a total love bug! She has been quiet and calm in her kennel since she arrived. She walks nicely on leash for a puppy, and she knows how to sit and take treats so gently. Puppies are super cute, but they're also a lot of work. Before adopting, please ensure you have the time, patience, and energy to commit to sweet Winn-Dixie.
Winn-Dixie is approximately 6 months old, and she weighs 24 lbs. She will most likely be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. Winn-Dixie is UTD on vaccines and spayed; she has been microchipped. Winn-Dixie is waiting patiently in kennel 307; her ID # is 6844.
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
