My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toast – Female – DOB 3/13/2023 (1 year 8 months) Doug’s Sister - Black/Tan Dachshund chi mix

Russell – Male – 13.8 lbs – DOB 5/18/2022 (2 years 6 months) – Black/Tan Dachshund chi mix

Doug – Male – 10.1 lbs – DOB 3/13/2023 (1 year 8 months) – Brindle Dachshund/Chi mix

Daisy – Puppy - Female – 5 lbs – Under 5 months of age - Brown Dachshund/Chi Mix

These sweet babies are all small breed doggies in need of forever homes.

They have been raised in the same household but unfortunately the owners can no longer care for them properly (they have other doggies). They have been very loved and cared for their whole lives.

They are all house trained (except for the puppy, she just needs some consistency) and they’re all very happy, well-socialized dogs. They have been raised with children and would do wonderful with them. As you can see in the video the fosters young daughter is laying on the floor and all 4 come running to lick her all over.

These 4 have been raised with other dogs and cats and have no issues with either!

More information about the doggies coming soon – If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application at www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org

Additional adoption info

Almost all of our animals are located in south Texas and available for transport once adopted. 90% of our animals are adopted prior to transport. There are times where we will have animals located in foster in the northeast and the animals' profiles will indicate at the top if that is the case.

More about this rescue

We are an animal rescue whose mission is to help homeless, stray, abandoned and neglected animals in South Texas area. We adopt in the northeast area as there are more laws and higher quality of life for animals up there than in Texas, where our shelters are euthanizing daily for room.
