Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Gerti (short for Gertrude) was a stray picked up by San Bernardino CA Animal Control. She was scheduled for euthanasia on May 3, 2024 the day we pulled her due to having a broken jaw. We were able to put a team together almost immediately to save her life. Though fund raisers were laboriously conducted for Gerti to have jaw repair surgery, ultimately we did not receive the funds which led to obtaining a second Veterinary opinion which proved correct - that Gerti's jaw would heal (even if a bit crooked) and not impede her ability to eat. As you can tell, she's VERY capable of eating!! Now Gerti has the most adorable lopsided grin a cute Rottie girl could have!! What Gerti does NOT have - YET- is her own loving family who will keep her and love her forever!! Despite the cruelty she suffered, she loves people and her foster brothers and sisters! Please let her be a part of your family pack!! Use this link to send an adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/230776817916064
