This sweet calico is ready to find her forever home! After being found outside Catty Shack, she’s been thoroughly checked by a vet and is in good health. Nouveau is friendly and loves being around people, getting along with other cats as well. She enjoys spending time in a catio and loves interactive play, especially with string toys and the laser pointer. Although she’s still getting comfortable with lap sitting, she’s beginning to show signs of enjoying the cozy closeness! If you’re looking for a loving, playful, and social companion, this sweet calico might be the perfect fit! Nouveau is about 2 years old.
She can be seen at Catty Shack Tuesdays-Saturdays 10-2. You can also inquire through this site or cattyshackrescue.org. Yavapai County residents only please.

We screen potential adopters,can do home visits, and require an adoption fee. we do not allow declawing and all cats are returned to our shelter if there are problems in adopters home.

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit group of unpaid volunteers who have come together to rescue cats from the street. Our group rescues cats already in trouble through abandonment. We saw a need in our community for cats on the street with no advocates to be helped through sheltering, spay/neuter and placement in homes of their own.
