Cloud-soft Sakura is super sweet, a bit shy, extra gorgeous, and - a girl! She will bounce after rolling toys and soft cloth mice, but she’s just as happy to just keep you company or be talked to and loved on. Because her vibe is gentle, and she seems perplexed by too many antics, she might be quite happy as an only kitty. A broad brushstroke of dove gray adorns her otherwise sugary white, fuzzy wuzzy coat, accessorized adorably by whisper pink velvety ears, nose, and little smile. What a perfect darling she is, ready to be a devoted companion to bring a soft touch and a soothing spirit to her forever people. Could precious Sakura be your beloved girl?

All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ear mites, tested for FELV/FIV and microchipped. You must fill out an adoption application and talk directly with one of our adoption coordinators. An adoption contract must be signed at time of adoption.

Our Petco adoption center is open open daily 10am-5pm and Wednesday 10am-6pm.

The Cat House on the Kings is California's largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime cat sanctuary and adoption center located on 12 acres along the Kings River in Parlier, California, which is in the central San Joaquin Valley, southeast of Fresno.

At The Cat House, our mission is to:
1) provide a no-cage, no-kill sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats and kittens for the State of California, primarily serving the Central Valley;
2) facilitate the adoption of cats (primarily), dogs and other rescued animals into safe, loving, healthy and permanent homes;
3) educate the public on how to become directly involved in improving the quality of animal welfare;
4) offer low cost spay and neuter referrals.
