Nina's adoption donation is $500 and she is being fostered in Central Ohio. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, distemper/parvo, bivalent canine influenza, and bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on heartworm and flea prevention. She has also had a dental cleaning. Nina requires a home with a secure, physically fenced yard and a companion dog of similar size/energy living in the home.
Nina came into rescue as a castoff from a puppy mill and has made incredible progress in rescue. She is still shy with new people and really looks to her doggie buddies for confidence. Nina has made progress on housetraining when kept on a schedule, but a patient and understanding home is needed to continue her progress. Nina really loves being around her doggie buddies so a companion dog will help her continue her progress. She is learning what it's like to be a real dog and is coming out of her shell. She would love to start off the New Year in her furever home.
