You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Melody’s adoption donation is $475 and she is being fostered in Central Ohio. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, distemper/parvo, bivalent canine influenza and Bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on prevention, as well as flea prevention. She has also had a dental cleaning. Melody requires a home with a companion dog of similar size/energy and a secure, physically fenced yard.
