If you’ve ever wanted to live with a small criminal I recommend adopting Indigo. He is incredibly sweet and playful — you just have to watch out for him knocking things off desks, tipping over toy baskets, and getting too high on catnip. After wearing himself out he likes to sleep by his humans’ feet and can be easily enticed into lying in someone’s arms, earning himself a criminal charge for cuteness. Indigo will tolerate most annoyances as long as food is involved. In fact, I recommend his future guardian gets him a slow feeder bowl and a mat for underneath because he treats every meal like he’s in a fast eating competition – if the competition were about getting 3/4ths of the food on the floor. Indigo would do great in a home with other cats as long as they are outgoing and confident enough to set boundaries because Indigo doesn’t quite understand the concept of personal space. Despite being rescued from a situation where he was regularly being kicked, Indigo is sure to get underfoot while following you around — DNA tests reveal he is part Velcro, although we're not confident the lab isn't part of his elaborate money laundering scheme. At least Indigo is easy to jail because he doesn't understand that he's capable of opening doors left slightly ajar.

TippedEars is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose purpose is to combat cat overpopulation through humane TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return). By reducing the overall cat population, fewer cats will need to be euthanized in shelters for space, and there will not be as many kittens dying on the streets. There are not enough adoptive homes to support the growing cat population. In order to solve this problem, TippedEars believes it is essential to fight the root of the problem – prevent the excess of kittens born each year. Humane TNR is the most effective solution to solving cat overpopulation in our society and improve each cats' quality of life. While in our care, community cats will be sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped, and flea treated.
Orphaned or in danger kittens will be taken off the street and brought into foster homes. These kittens we will look for adoptive furever homes!
