My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tootsie

Tootsie’s story is one of resilience and joy. Despite a challenging start to life, this sweet girl has blossomed into an affectionate and loving companion. From the moment she was rescued, Tootsie’s gentle and hopeful spirit shined through, winning over everyone she met.

Snuggling is Tootsie’s absolute favorite. Whether she is curling up beside you on the couch or resting her head on your lap, she makes every moment feel special. Her crate is her cozy haven, and she loves carrying her favorite toys inside, often curling up for a nap with them tucked gently under her paws.

Tootsie is fully potty trained and has made incredible progress with leash walking. She is eager to learn and is working on not jumping up to say hello—her excitement sometimes gets the best of her. She already knows how to sit and is ready to learn even more.

With new people and dogs, Tootsie can be a bit cautious at first, but her warm and friendly nature shines through once she feels safe. She just needs a little time to make new friends, and then she is your loyal buddy for life.

Tootsie sleeps soundly in her crate at night and wakes up bright and ready for the day. She truly appreciates the little things—soft blankets, kind words, and belly rubs—and gives so much love in return.

This charming girl is ready to bring her snuggles, joy, and big heart to a forever family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them. If you are looking for a dog who will fill your home with love and warmth, Tootsie is the one for you.

Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). .
