My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Mable which means lovable! Mable and Dipper need to be adopted together. Adopt both for the price of one. I'm a very sweet, loving and playful 4-month-old kitten. Unfortunately, when I came to the shelter me and my sister were very sick. We are better now but sadly we do have the feline herpesvirus. Because of this, my left eye looks a bit different, but it doesn't affect my sight. Although we can live long normal lives, we will have flare up from time to time. So, it would be best if I go into a home without any another cat as I might give them the virus. But please don't let that scare you. I'm a special, one-of-a-kind of cat that would make the world jealous of anyone who gets to have me in their life!

Shelter open hours are Monday through Saturday 11 to 4 and Sunday 11 to 3. If you would like to visit the shelter to adopt at another time, call (928) 537-8009.

MISSION: Provide non-lethal solutions to pet over-population.
SOLUTION: To furnish professional, affordable spay/neuter programs and place pets in caring homes.

We operate a discount spay/neuter clinic for clients who are unable to afford full-service prices, our goal being to stop the excess population of pets before they end up in shelters. We also foster a limited number of pets.
