*This animal is located at our same-day adoption center partner, St. Louis Park PetSmart. Please contact this location prior to visiting to ensure this animal is still available. A paper adoption application will be completed on site so please do not submit an online adoption application. For more information on adopting from one of our adoption center partners, please visit our Adoption Center Animals page.
Kevin is the one with longer whiskers and he has on long dark whisker on his left cheek. (This helps tell him apart from his brother Randall-they are almost identical!) He is confident, laid back, and friendly. He would be good in a home with kids, other pets (with gradual introductions) or on his own. (It would be great if he could get adopted with his brother, Randall, but he is a confident kitten on his own as well.)
He is playful and quick to purr. He is fully litterbox trained. He is a delight, travels well in a carrier, and does well with people of all ages, including kids carrying him around.
He likes to curl up by his human's face at bedtime and purr. He will carry around his toys in his mouth and growl while carrying them around.
Kevin was an owner surrender.

If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats’ emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of “Single Kitten Syndrome” (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten’s most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
