Kira was born on January 27, 2024 and is already 85 pounds. She is a Caucasian Shepherd, she will most likely weigh over a 100 pounds full grown. She is a sweet girl who has been bounced around because no one knew she was special needs.
Kira is showing typical behavior for her breed. She will alert when people are coming. Takes her time to approach them. She can be affectionate and playful. Kira is housebroken and just loves her crate. While Kira was at a Board/Train facility, she received E-collar training. Kira loves playing with her rope toys outside.
Kira has Mega-E, this means that when she eats, she needs to be sitting up, the foster has ordered a special chair for her, its called a Bailey's Chair. Kira will learn to get in and out of the chair, eat sitting up and will have to remain upright for 10 to 15 minutes. Kira will need meds for the rest of her life, which are very inexpensive. The medication will help the food move down her esophagus and into her stomach.
A dog with Mega-E can run and play and be just as active as a dog without.
Kira is a courtesy post. If you would like more information or are interested in adopting, please message us and we will put you in touch with her foster.
