Meet Plex! Unfortunately, Plex has been through our shelter a few times - and each time he was found with heavy chain and padlocks around his neck. Plex now has an appropriate collar and all the chew toys his heart desires! Despite his rough past, Plex is a pure cuddle bug and loves pushing his head into your hand for pets.
