My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We found her in July 2024 abandoned in Tulare county. She got along with our other dogs immediately. The vet believed her to be around 1 so she is probably 1.5
She is high energy and very smart.
She graduated the 4week k9 activity training course. She’s good with commands. I unfortunately do not have the time she needs to thrive. I am a mom of two and Lucy requires a lot of attention. She is such a fun goofy girl with the need to please but has her downsides when you are not paying attention to her.
When you are not watching, she counter surfs. Will eat any food she can. If there are toys on the floor, its free game for her to chew. She is not aggressive with other dogs but she has a bit of resource guarding which is easily corrected when you tell her no.
We would keep her but she has a big prey drive and will not stop chasing our cats. Lucy is loved by so many and really has a great personality but would be better suited for a home with no cats. Please reach out for more info.
