There is nothing better on a cold winter day than curling up by the fire with hot chocolate unless you add a chocolate brown Labrador named Clyde. This big, beautiful boy is ready to provide a lucky new family with plenty of warmth and good cheer.
Clyde is a sturdy boy of 66 pounds and since he is just one year old, he may have a bit of growing left, making him a large dog (60-91 pounds). He is a cool dude who will enjoy getting out in the snow and cold for some exercise, then heading back indoors for a nap and a lap. Dogs and children make Clyde happy. It is not known if he is happy spending time with cats.
Clyde is putting in the work to acquire his crate training and leash walking skills. Regular household routines and positive reinforcement are keys to helping rescue dogs become comfortable, secure and well-behaved in their new forever homes. Clyde is housetrained and happy to demonstrate his skill to his forever family. Although Clyde is housetrained, it is important to remember that accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment. Labradors are people pleasers and are often treat motivated, so spend time to engage Clyde in lots of fun lessons with delicious dog delights, explore the outdoors, then curl up with your new best forever friend.
The adoption fee for Clyde is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
