My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Dancer is currently in the shelter, and she is available for foster or adoption. Email applications@chicagocaninerescue.org to set up a meet + greet! **

Dancer is a lovable, sweet, and oh-so-cute pittie girl who is looking for her forever home! With her big, soulful eyes and adorable wiggle, she’s sure to steal your heart in no time. Dancer’s not just about looks, though – she’s got a personality that shines just as brightly as her sweet face. Whether she’s prancing around like she’s got a secret to share or cuddling up with you for a snuggle, Dancer’s love is unconditional.

Dancer is a social butterfly who loves making new friends! She’s great with people and would thrive in a home where she can get plenty of attention, love, and playtime. Though she loves her play sessions, she’s equally happy to chill with you!

This adorable pittie girl is also eager to learn and bond with her family, making her a perfect companion for someone who loves training and spending quality time with their dog. Dancer has a heart full of loyalty and will quickly become your best friend for life.

Dancer is ready to dance into your heart and bring love, joy, and snuggles into your home!

More about this shelter

CCRF was founded in 2001 to help find permanent, loving homes for homeless dogs in our city. In just over seven years, CCRF has saved the lives of over 2,000 dogs, cats, kittens and puppies.

CCRF now assists the animals that are the MOST vulnerable in Midwest - the dogs and cats that are slated for euthanasia because they are too old, too young, injured, have disabilities, or have simply been overlooked for too long by potential adopters at other shelters.
