Lilo was brought in by her previous owner on 12/13/24.

Meet Lilo, a charming adult canine who has a heart full of love to give. Lilo is a self-reliant soul, often content with her own company, but don't mistake her independence for aloofness. Lilo is like a puzzle that, once solved, reveals a picture of unwavering friendship. She is looking for a patient and understanding owner who can respect her space while also helping her come out of her shell. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
