My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a bubbly, bouncy young pup who is eager to float, spring, jump, leap or hop his way into his furever family’s heart and home!

In a former home Lucky was reported to be good with young children and small dogs, crate trained, and an affectionate dog who loves toys and being near his people. Lucky also spent about a month in a foster home and they had some wonderful things to share!

“Lucky was very sweet and NO barking! I found him to be friendly and inquisitive and he acclimated really well. He is a friendly, snuggly, kissy, well mannered, sweet, loving, energetic puppy, and so very precious. He would be perfect for an active family!’

Volunteers at the shelter also love Lucky:

“Lucky is a fun-loving, active dog! He is super playful, energetic, curious and excited to be alive! He would probably do amazingly with an active family who would take him on their outdoor adventures! He loves to run and play! He`s learning ` find it ` to search for treats. He is a perfect boy who loves to give kisses and is exuberant in all that he does!”

“Lucky was overall a nice walker, very cute and happy to be outside, friendly and sat for treats. He`s a cool dog!”

“Lucky is a sweet young pup who would love to find a forever home where he can focus his energy on learning additional tricks and basic training skills as he grows up! He is full of sweet puppy energy and was a bouncy boy on our walk. He loved to sit for treats. We enjoyed some snuggles before heading back to his kennel.”

Lucky shares his kennel politely at the shelter and would like to meet any future furry housemates to ensure a good fit before heading home.

The shelter is no place for a puppy to grow up; Lucky is hoping that his own good luck will catch up to him and that you’ll find him today!
