My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes:
About three weeks ago, Princess was added to the already long list of seniors we house at the Manhattan Care Center. She likely was owned for many years and was going peacefully about her life, unknowing it was about to take a very unexpected and distressing turn. A new family member developed allergies to Princess' dander dander prompting her relinquishment to our facility. Boum! The sky fell on Princess' head...She had a few tough days but this thirteen year old dame is quite resilient and bounced back. She is a pretty long legged tuxedo in white boots and mittens, a bobcat(she is missing a good part of her tail) who is curious of her premises, a no fuss kitty who likes to rest, chill out, eat good treats and gourmet food, enjoys very much petting and occasionally tackles a feather wand. She likes catnip balls too. Lately, she has been softly crying for attention. I know her cry and would recognize it among a million others. No pet belongs to a cage and even less an elderly one who gave many years of companionship to us, humans. Life happens...We all know that but hope is there...There IS a wonderful person out there who loves and knows how to care for seniors. Princess is waiting for You!

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I am a sweet, social, older gal, looking for the perfect forever home!

Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!

My purr motor is always running!
