My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miss Mortie: A Delightful Little Wobbly Wonder

CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) is like a wobbly walk with an extra dash of charm—these special kitties may teeter, but their love is steady and true!

Mortie may have a bit of a wobble, but she doesn’t let it slow her down! This sweet, soft kitten is packed with charm, energy, and an independent streak that makes her a one-of-a-kind companion.

She loves to play, especially with her fellow kittens, though she needs her toys placed right in front of her to get the full effect—she’s more about precision than chasing after thrown toys. Once she gets going, though, her playful energy knows no bounds! After a good romp, she’ll find a cozy spot to curl up and recharge for her next adventure.

Affectionate on her own terms, Mortie enjoys pets and occasional cuddles but prefers to keep things on her schedule. She’s wonderfully responsive and will often come when called, gazing at you with her expressive little face as if to say, “What’s next?”

Due to her wobbliness (possibly mild cerebellar hypoplasia), she needs a bit of extra care when being picked up or carried—supporting her head and being mindful of her movements are key. She’s not the best climber or jumper, and her tendency to get underfoot means you’ll need to stay aware to keep her safe.

Mortie would thrive with a playful human or a furry friend to keep her entertained. Her wobbliness is endearing, her personality is charming, and her fluffy little self is simply irresistible.

Are you ready to meet this delightful little darling? The first step in our adoption process is our application.

Please note she currently lives in a foster home.
