Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet another sweet senior looking for a home for Christmas- Brewster! He’s a 14 year old beagle who came in as a stray to a local animal control. We instantly fell in love and brought this old guy to PAWS so he could receive medical care. Brewster appears to be long neglected. His ears are mostly scar tissue from untreated infections, he’s missing fur, he needed many teeth pulled and had a growth removed on his tail. This sweet angel has been a quiet and perfect guest with us. He is gentle with other dogs and just loves attention. Brewster deserves to know what true love is in his golden years. Can you love this gentle soul forever?!

Additional adoption info

All adoptions are limited to a 50 mile radius of the shelter.

PAWS adopts adult dogs and cats, as well as puppies and kittens, into appropriate, adoptive homes.
Kittens (6 months and under): $125.00
Cats (over 6 months): $65.00
Senior cats (over 7 years old): $25.00

Puppies (6 months and under): $275.00
Dogs (over 6 months): $250.00
Senior Dogs (over 7 years old): $125.00

For all animals, the adoption fee includes:

1. Basic vaccinations appropriate to the animals age.
2. Spay or neuter.
3. AVID Microchip or 24 hour Petwatch Microchip registration.
4. Rabies vaccination for dogs and cats over 4 months.
For cats the fee includes a feline leukemia test, FIV test, cat carrier, a collar and ID tag.

For dogs the fee also includes a heartworm test, collar, leash, ID tag.
