My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kit Kat, the sweetest, most loving girl you'll ever meet. This adorable 30-pound mixed breed has a heart as big as her smile. Kit Kat traveled all the way from Mississippi to find her forever home, and she’s ready to fill your life with endless love and joy.

Kit Kat is a gentle, affectionate girl who loves snuggles, belly rubs, and spending time with people. While she’s still working on her leash training and housebreaking, she’s a quick learner and eager to please. Kit Kat is already spayed and vaccinated, making her all set to go.

If you’re looking for a companion who will shower you with unconditional love, Kit Kat is your girl. Apply for adoption today at https://peace4paws.org/adoption-application. She can’t wait to meet you and start this exciting new chapter together.

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
