Starla is the STAR of the show these days! She is a sweet Papillon/Pomeranian/Chihuahua mixed bag of cuteness. She loves her walks and does really well on leash. Starla came to the shelter in pretty rough shape, she had lost a lot of her fur on her hind end. But with treatment it is growing back in really nicely.
