This sweet girl is a little shy when she first meets you, but she warms up very quickly. And once she knows you, she’s all about love! Chyna came into the shelter with her brother Hogan, who was recently adopted, and the two of them were always the life of the party. They had the best time playing, running around the park together, and chasing toys. Chyna doesn’t tend to go for long runs, but absolutely loves a brief jog around the yard followed by some playtime. She has just the right amount of energy to keep things fun without overdoing it. And after some exercise, it’s all about cuddles! Chyna is the type of pup who knows how to relax and curl up with you, showing you just how sweet and lovable she really is. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
