A24288 Raven is a black colored, approximately 4-year-old, 8-pound, spayed female, Domestic Short-Haired Cat.
She entered the shelter as an owner surrender on 12-14-2024 due to the fact they were moving out of the country and couldn’t bring her.
Raven is a friendly, social, easy to handle girl here in the shelter. Our staff says she is a sweet kitty who is playful and loves to explore. She hid in her kennel when she first got here. But now is by the door looking for affection and wanting to be taken out. She checked out everything in the playroom and enjoyed the feather toys. She has a long left canine tooth that sticks out and gives her a cute, unique look. The previous owner says she is litterbox trained and has lived with other cats, but not dogs or children. Raven will be loving companion in her new forever home.

Meet and greets with your family dog and shelter dog is encouraged. Dog and cat meet and greets are not allowed.

$80 for all kitten/cat adoptions. $90 for all puppy/dog adoptions. $35 for all rabbit adoptions.

Additional adoption info

The shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with adoptions closing at 4:30pm. The shelter is closed on Sundays and all government observed holidays.

City of Henderson Animal Care and Control is the only open admission animal shelter in the City of Henderson. We service the City of Henderson and the residents and animals within city limits. Our goal is to find forever homes for all adoptable animals and reunite pets with their people. We work with multiple rescue groups and allow any good adoptee to adopt from our shelter.
