Oscar Oreo is a sweet senior who needs a loving home to live out his golden years. Oscar is in foster here in NJ. At this time Oscar Oreo is a fospice placement.

Oscar Oreo came to Wag On Inn as an owner surrender. Sadly, due to his owners health issues, he was very neglected. He is currently in a loving foster home and hoping to find his forever home. Oscar is 15 years old but you can't tell at first site. He likes to be outdoors and go for walks. He gets along with other dogs but might prefer to be only dog in the home. He is loving and affectionate and likes to be a lap dog. Oscar will need an owner with patience for incontinence. Sadly, we recently learned Oscar is in kidney failure which is likely the reason for his urinary incontinence. The kidney failure is causing him to drink and urinate excessively.

Oscar Oreo is up to date on vaccines and spayed and neutered. His adoption fee is $300.

We require an application. After reviewing the application, your home sounds suitable for the personality of the animal you are looking for, then a home check and a meeting is set up. For our rescue animals an adoption donation is required. All our rescue animals are up to date on shots, heartworm tested or on preventative, dewormed frontlined and have a microchip.

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
