My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alicia is a delightful DSH silver tabby with a playful spirit and a heart full of sweetness. Her shimmering coat and striking stripes make her a beautiful sight to behold, but it's her lively and energetic personality that truly shines. Alicia loves to play—whether it's chasing after a feather toy, pouncing on a ball, or zooming around the house, her energy is contagious, and she never turns down an opportunity for fun.

While Alicia thrives in play and enjoys being the center of attention in her own way, she’s not much of a snuggler. She appreciates affection on her own terms, often preferring to keep her independence and enjoy quiet moments from a distance. Despite her non-snuggly nature, Alicia’s sweetness radiates through her gentle demeanor and playful antics, making her a beloved companion for anyone who loves a fun, lively, and low-maintenance cat.

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
