Iris is small girl with a big personality! This 33 lbs., 1-year-old terrier-mix seemed defeated when she first arrived to the shelter, but the first time out of her kennel she came right in for a big hug and wouldn’t let go. As soon as Iris realized she was safe, she opened up and showed us what a doll she is! Iris loves to play and she looks so cute when she gets the zoomies in the play yard. And once she’s had her exercise, Iris is all in for cuddling and belly rubs. The adoption fee is $50 and before Iris leaves the shelter, she will be microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Iris is already spayed so she can leave today! A0057295642-Iris-33 lbs., HW-, spayed F

Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-admission shelter meaning no homeless animal is turned away. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and when that is not possible, find a new home for them, provided that they are healthy and not aggressive.
