My name is Kalooki!

Kalooki is a 9 year old Caribbean potcake. She is a sweetie who gets along well with everyone and every dog she meets. She isn’t bad with cats, she just loves on ‘em hard, so if she finds a home with a cat, it would have to be one who’s used dogs and their enthusiasm.

I am helping my mother to re-home her because my father passed away in June and she is too much for my mom to take care of her on her own and I can’t take her because I travel too much.

She is loyal and. wants to be wherever you are. She is very healthy, with no underlying conditions. She has some itchy paws right now.

Since she has lived with a retired couple who were mostly home, I don’t think she would do well for long stretches in an empty house (by that, I mean working folks who would be gone all day). She is young for an older dog with a lot of energy.
