My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ky is a sanctuary dog. She will ne er be able to successfully find a home, but is living a happy life, and the rescue will continue to provide for her Donations help us be able to keep long time residents when needed.
ky was originally found taking cover in an abandoned car. She was infested with fleas, ticks, and mange. She was totally shut down and terrified. Once she was caught, she was immediately taken to the vet and then placed in a loving foster home in June 2021. We believe she was born near the end of 2020. She only weighed 12 pounds. Unfortunately, we have no idea what kind of life she had before she came to us, and she is very timid around people. she can only be picked up if you put a blanket around her. She will allow her person to pet her, but rarely, even now, several years later.

Adoption fees: Cats $85, Dogs $150+Adult dogs over 15lbs, $100 Senior dogs 8yrs +, $200+ Puppies under 6 months and Small breed dogs
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, deworming, heartworm test (dog), and Fleuk test (cat).
Application and home visit required for each adoption.

Through our efforts, and the support of our amazing community, FOMAS has grown and now helps save animals from all of the Okc Metro with our network of foster homes.
