It's a bird, it's a plane...it's SUPERNOVA!!
(being fostered in Salem, NH. Transportation provided for approved adopters)

Supernova is a 2 year old mixed breed and weighs 88 lbs. Supernova is a hunk! He is super cute and always fancy, wearing his tuxedo-esque coloring! Supernova is a loving gentleman, often seeking pets and playing happily with his toys. He has a fun, bouncy personality. Supernova may be large, but those who know him say "he is just a big baby!". Supernova was previously a family pet, living harmoniously with an 8 year old child. Sadly, Supernova was abandoned when they no longer had time for him after a family member became ill. Poor young Supernova was so confused at the chaotic, over-crowded shelter, but he tried his best to be cheerful and his playful personality started coming out with familiar staff. When he was at risk for euthanasia, a kind foster saw this special boy who desperately needed a second chance. Supernova is reportedly shy when meeting new dogs, so he will need very slow introductions with other medium-large dogs. He is well housetrained, but not a fan of cats. Supernova can be a little anxious when left alone and has a higher energy level, so an experienced home would be best for him. But with great size comes great snuggles - Supernova has a whole lot of love to give! Supernova is fully vetted, neutered, micro chipped and ready for his forever home!

AmsterDog Rescue does not have its own facility. Instead, we rely on fosters to care for our beloved animals. Our available animals may change depending on your location and we do transport animals for adoptions within a reasonable distance. Since you will possibly be speaking with and meeting a foster directly, an application must be filled out prior to meet and greets.
