My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome 2 year old, 8 lb shy Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, Agave. Agave and her sister, Maple were found together under a dumpster, after having been abandoned in a remote field. They are hesitant with new people and will take time to warm up. They are sweet, with Agave being a bit skittish. It took several months to get them to take walks, but now do well when walking together in a place that they know. Agave is the shyer sister, needing Maple for support. Thus, these bonded dogs need to go to a quiet home together. Apply to meet Agave/Maple at adoptocpets.org/adopt
