Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Bliss was dumped in a business parking lot in 19 degree weather. Luckily, the business owner was kind enough to reach out to find someone to help her. It is obvious that she did not have a good life, but we will make sure she has an amazing future!
What we know about her medically so far is she has a severe eye infection in both eyes. Could be entropion, but we won’t know until her eyes heal. She has a very large hygroma on her leg. Hygroma’s are caused by laying on hard surfaces for a long period of time. We do not know if it will need to be drained, removed or left alone.
She will be spayed once she gains more weight. It is obvious that she has had a litter or litter’s in the past.
She is heartworm positive but is currently on doxycycline.
What we know about her personality so far.
Bliss has such an amazing temperament. She loves affection and going for short walks with her foster mom. She is good with cats and small dogs. This girl just wants love and affection. She is a typical, stubborn mastiff though! She won’t get in car on her own, has a big huge bed to lay on but won’t and does the “mastiff paw”. She is a wonderful character.
Her next vet appointment is on December 27 so we will know more about her then.

We have a rescue sanctuary and we.request that potential adopters come to meet the dog they are interested in. If that is not a possibility, we complete our adoption process and if approved, we provide transport.
