Meet Moong! A charming 6-month-old Terrier mix with a delightful brown and black coat weighing 6½kg. Rescued from euthanasia, Moong is a playful pup with a gentle personality who’s ready to find his forever home.
Moong is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly with a tasty treat and some patience. He tends to bond faster with women, while maintaining a little more distance with men. Sudden movements or loud noises from young kids can make him uneasy, but overall, he’s a sweet and approachable boy who’s fine being picked up when gently supported under his belly.
Moong gets along wonderfully with other dogs, especially those close to his size. He’s quick to introduce himself and invites both familiar and new friends to play. While high-energy dogs might overwhelm him initially, he often warms up and joins the fun. He thrives in the company of other dogs and feels more secure with a canine companion around. Moreover, he has a medium energy level—he loves outdoor activities but happily settles down for a quiet rest afterward. On walks, he’s curious about all the scents, frequently stopping to investigate. He does pull on the leash a bit but is otherwise attentive to his handler.
Moong is wonderfully gentle when it comes to food and toys, showing no guarding behaviour toward people or other dogs. He rarely barks, is calm in a crate, and is adaptable to both indoor pad training and outdoor potty breaks. However, car rides are a bit of a challenge for this little guy, as he experiences motion sickness and drools quite a bit.
With his sweet personality and playful energy, Moong is a perfect companion for someone who can help him continue building confidence and provide lots of love.
