Meet Harley, an emerald-eyed kitty with a purr as loud as a motorcycle and a heart of gold who’s ready to be your new riding buddy!

This friendly boy is technically a “senior,” but still has all the charming qualities of a frisky young lad (try not to fall in love with that sweet, pink nose!). He is a chatty fellow who loves being pet and picked up for snuggles, but also loves his independence gazing out windowsills, pouncing on pom poms and crunchy balls, or napping near his humans. He enjoys the company of humans so much he'll put his head on your face for kisses. He also has a deep fascination with running water, which means he loves watching the bathtub fill up (and hang out until you’re done) and the swirling water after flushing the toilet. He makes every day feel like an open road adventure!

His foster home is on the quieter side, but he doesn’t seem to be bothered by louder noises so could probably adapt to any environment. He gets along great with new people, but hasn’t had the chance to interact with kids or other animals. He seems very curious about the resident dog and cat though! With proper introductions, he could do well in a home with another calm dog or cat or older children who can be gentle with him. As long as his new family has plenty of affection to give, he will love them to bits!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
