This little bundle of joy is ready to sprinkle some magic into your life! Pixie is a playful, adorable Lab/Pointer mix puppy who’s as sweet as can be. She’s got a twinkle in her eye, a wag in her tail, and a love for adventure. Pixie adores making friends—whether they’re two-legged or four! She’s great with other dogs and would love a home where she can romp, play, and snuggle to her heart’s content. When she’s not busy chasing toys or exploring her surroundings, she’s all about cuddles and giving puppy kisses. Pixie is still learning about the world, but her charming personality and eager-to-please attitude make her a joy to have around. She’s looking for a family who will help her grow into the amazing dog she’s destined to be. If you’re ready to add a little magic to your life, Pixie is the pup for you!

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
