We are ALL ABOUT EVE! This tiny, 7lb senior girl has enough cuteness for a dog ten times her size! She has Betty Davis eyes and Hollywood good looks. Eve will make a most excellent lap dog and gentle little companion and she is looking for a quiet home full of love and relaxation to spend her senior years in. It won`t be a bumpy ride with this little lovebug!

More about this shelter

Our shelter had it's beginnings in the mid 90's and formally became a nonprofit organization in 2001. The dream of Lee and Sophia DiClemente has grown to be the largest no-kill animal shelter in New Mexico. Lee passed in 2010, but Sophia carries on with the support of a small staff, a large number of volunteers, and numerous donors - large and small.
