Meet Alice! A petite, super cute older girl who is sweet, friendly and calm. Our senior foster dog Alice has been with us for 2 and a half months which means we have gotten to see her flourish. She is not the same dog who we picked up from the shelter, in all the best ways. Alice is now a healthy weight, her coat is getting softer, shes engaged and alert and loves her treats. We love her. Our best guess is that Alice spent most of her life as a working dog outside and now she is enjoying her time hanging out with our dog pack, going for her daily walks around the neighborhood, deciding which dog bed to nap on and eating regular meals. She loves getting pets from her foster family and waiting patiently for treats to come her way. Alice uses a dog door reliably and is housebroken. Please visit our website www.grandrivershumane.org to fill out an adoption application and learn more about our upcoming adoption event locations.
