** ROCCO**
Rocco and his sister Lolita were abandoned at a spay and neuter clinic.
For a couple of months, people come in on the weekends and socialize the abandoned dogs dumped here. They are not a rescue or a shelter, but this clinic will not leave the dogs on the street. Rocco and Lolita received a lot of love while in the clinic's care. They had a play yard for their daytime hours and learned that humans can be wonderful. Today, these siblings are being fostered in Everett and are being appropriately spoiled as they should be.
Rocco is a total lapdog. He loves to be cuddled and held. while initially shy, he will take a treat and start leaning into your leg for pets. Sit on a couch and he will join you for cuddles and loving. Rocco has never been an only dog and needs the company of another small dog for companionship and to be mentored. Placing him in a home with another friendly small dog is a priority. He may also be adopted with his sister lolita who is another loving dog. Lolitsa is fully leash trained.
Rocco is neutered and current on his vaccines. He weighs a perfect 9 pounds for his body type. his fosters are working on harness and lead training.
Adopting Rocco: Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup. The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Rocco has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition. Rocco has a $550.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link. Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match. https://rompinpawsrescue.com
