Meet Lorelei, our newest SFBR sweetheart! This tiny, sweet little blue tick girl has already stolen our hearts, and we know she'll capture yours too!
Lorelei is looking for a special family with experience and patience to help her overcome some quirks - like eating her own poop and having accidents in the house. 🤭 BUT, she's an absolute gem with children and other dogs!
One important note: Lorelei is not cat-friendly, as she loves to chase them. So, if you're a cat-free household with a heart of gold, we encourage you to apply to give Lorelei a loving foster home or forever home for the holidays and for the rest of her life!
Is your family up for the challenge and ready to shower Lorelei with love and patience? Apply now to make her holiday dreams come true!

Additional adoption info
Beagles make wonderful pets. They are friendly, medium sized, highly social animals. They are considered one of the most family-friendly breeds. Beagles are intelligent but, as a result of being bred for the long chase, are single-minded and determined, which can make them hard to train. They can be difficult to recall once they have picked up a scent, and are easily distracted by smells around them.
Beagles love to play and do require more exercise than some other breeds and in most cases are considered moderate to highly active between puppyhood to about 3 years old. After they turn 3, beagles tend to "mature" and become couch potatoes! Exercise is “key” to having a happy and healthy dog. Keep in mind as beagles get older they tend to gain weight.
