Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello Sedona,
My name is Luna and I am a sweet 4-year-old dog looking for a calm and patient forever home! I can be a little nervous in new situations, but with love and understanding my gentle personality shines through like the moon. I thrive in a quiet environment where I can take my time to build trust. I do well in a home where I am the only animal to receive all your love and attention! I enjoy gentle walks and curling up in a comfy spot by your side. I appreciate a slower pace of life. Once I feel safe... I will reward you with endless loyalty and affection!!!
I am spayed, up to date on my vaccinations and microchipped. If you’re ready to open your heart to a special dog who just needs a little extra love, I will be waiting patiently to meet you!
If I sound like a good fit for you, please contact the loving folks at the Humane Society of Sedona at: 928.282.4679 any day of the week 10am-4pm; excluding major holidays and come say `hi!`

More about this shelter
Our Vision - Be Our Heart & Voice
Building a caring community where every adoptable and treatable pet finds a life-long loving home.
Our Mission
The Humane Society of Sedona is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of pets in our community and beyond. The Society has served the Verde Valley since 1966.
The Linda and Allan Brecher Center for Animals at the society is designed to allow every person, who desires the love of a pet, to adopt and provide a forever loving home. The Center provides quality care and positive reinforcement behavior training for adoptable pets. Passionate volunteers help walk and socialize the pets in our care. Foster pet parents are an important part of caring for pets outside the Center.
The Society provides vital services for pets and people alike through income-based affordable spay/neuter surgeries and vaccination clinics. Also, for families in need to feed their pets, we have a Pet Food Program.
Another public resource is our adult and youth educational programs.
The Society relies on community support, contributions, grants, bequests, investments, proceeds from the Society’s thrift stores and some fees for service in order to save pets’ lives.
