Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi all! I’m Louie and I’ve been told I’m a stunning little Havanese boy. I’m just a baby really … 8 months old, and weigh approximately 10 lbs. I am predominantly white, with a bit of tan and black. I’m busy trying to figure out my boundaries and how I fit into this group of doggies at my foster mom’s. I’m somewhat of a Velcro dog, as I stay very close to my foster mom at all times. I’m a very quiet and laid back little dude, but am finding that I love to run and play. I’m learning about the crate, potty training, and how to walk on a leash. I love to be outside, even if it’s just to sun myself on the deck. I love to run free like the wind in the back yard, so a fence is definitely required. I would do well in a home with another small (20 lbs or less), playful, non-confrontational dog, and all kinds and sizes of people. I love to be snuggled on, and I usually flop right on my back, as I love the belly rubs. I’m quite vocal when playing with others and when I need to tell you what I need, so I feel apartment living is not for me. Louie is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, is heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative. He’s also microchipped and dewormed. Louie’s adoption fee is $425. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. If you're looking for a very sweet and lovable little fella to join your family, please fill out an application on AAP’s website.
