Introducing a special cat who will need a special adopter! This stunning tortie is named Louise, and she is looking for an experienced, patient person to adopt her. Louise and her kittens were trapped over a month ago and have been working on being socialized and acclimated to an indoor lifestyle. Louise is just a baby herself and presuming she grew up outdoors, has never been taught how to be a house cat. While the plan was to release her once she was fixed and vaccinated, she showed us she wasn’t entirely opposed to human touch. As such, her foster mom has been working meticulously to teach Louise that the indoor life isn’t too bad. Louise loves to be pet and receive affection, but is incredibly cautious in general. Despite this, she has never once growled, hissed, or anything of the sort. She will devour a churu treat like it’s no one’s business, she will let you give her scratches and pets while she curls up in her window perch, and she especially is becoming a fan of her toys. She is a very skittish lady and will most likely prefer to remain unbothered in her future home. She will require an experienced adopter, as she is going to require time and patience to acclimate to a new space. While her foster mom plans to continue to socialize her, we are hoping to give this special lady some exposure in the search for a forever home.
