My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shimmer is just as stunning as her name! Shimmer came to us as a stray and tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV). Typically people shy away from adopting cats with FeLV but we are here to tell you don't count her out just yet! Shimmer is playful, active, loving, and is also cat friendly! Cats with FeLV should live solo since it is contagious to other cats, but she has a best friend on site named Koi who also has FeLV and they'd love to go home together! FeLV is not contagious to people or to any other species of pets so if you're looking for one cat for your household Shimmer promises to be the best one you'll ever have! Please give this girl a chance and call today to schedule your appointment. If you wish to meet me, please call the Humane Society of York County at (803)-802-0902 to schedule an appointment.
