Hi! I'm Takie the short hair gray tabby kitten. I arrived in rescue pretty afraid of everything but warmed up quickly in the home environment. I got to live with my sister Hopscotch who is ok but I met my best friend Tiger Lily and she has been staying here too. We have so much fun chasing each other around and playing with toys. Speaking of toys, I love all of them, the balls that crunch, the springs that spring, the little tower of balls that twirl around. They all make me so happy since I'm a busy guy. Until I'm not and then I want to be right next to my friend or my sister snuggled up or as close to your human face as possible to snuggle you and purr up a storm. I like the small humans who live here as they seem to respect when I'm done playing and I'd do well with kids who know I still have busy kitten energy. I'd love a home with a young kitty friend, maybe you have one already, or maybe you want to bring one of the 2 cuties I live with along to your house. I haven't met a dog yet but I think I'd get used to them with slow intros. I'm really excited to live the good life inside with a someone who loves me, could that be you?

Please consider saving the life of an animal in need and become a volunteer foster home today. To become a foster, fill out a dog or cat foster application on the Twin Cities Pet Rescue website: www.twincitiespetrescue.org . There is little to no cost to foster an animal. Twin Cities Pet Rescue provides its foster families with food, supplies, and veterinary care for its animals. All you need to do is supply the love!

TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed.
